Define Peace Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Define Peace! We want you to love your purchase, so we happily accept returns under the following conditions:


1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it’s in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide a return authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back. We recommend using a trackable method.


3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit.

  • Exchanges can be made by placing a new order and returning the original item.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns are free for any defective or incorrect items received.

  • For returns due to change of mind or sizing, you’re responsible for return shipping. A prepaid label may be provided for convenience.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

Received something broken or wrong? Contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free return or replacement immediately.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items.

  • Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags.


7. Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.
If a return occurs due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you'll need to cover the reshipping cost once we receive the returned item.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the item leaves our facility and tracking shows delivery, we aren’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping location is secure.


9. Order Changes & Cancellation

Once your order is placed and payment is accepted, it can’t be cancelled or modified. Review your order carefully before completing checkout.


10. Policy Updates
